Had trouble down loading the soft ware. A screen came up that there was a problem. So I tried again and the same screen came up. i looked to see if I had been charged for both and I was. I was credited for the second a few days later. The RMD section was confusing and I was being charged a $8,000.00 penalty, which I knew was wrong, since the pension company calculates the amount of the RMD and I verify it. Then it won't let you change it. I had to start all over. In the end the refund amounts came out to the same as what I had calculated to make sure I don't miss anything. It seems that the RMD section should not be necessary if I mailed it in, it was not a requirement.

Cons: Time consuming
