The software is easy to use by just following the interview questions. You can also jump around to different sections and come back to the interview at any point. There is a very convenient feature that lets you import 1099's and W2's from many institutions. One lacking feature is a link to instructions for a given line, which is useful if you are curious about the details of what is going on.

This is a good product and there is lots of hint on how to complete the return. The federal return was very helpful and I was able to calculate all my required forms the software. Only thing happened at the end is while filling the state tax my fee was deducted twice as there was a product upgrade.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and the software has proven to be the best,. which is why i purchase it each year. This year however the import feature does not work and I had to spend hours to manually input the data from my 1099-b. Support did not have a fix and the last update did not fix the issue either.
