Bought deluxe with one free state and didn’t get a free state, had to pay for both states even when the ad said I would get one state return for free probably try another Year

I have been using this product for several years and am totally pleased in how it works. Easy to use. Easy to sort through the total filing process and save PDF files when done. For the money it's better than other tax software like TurboTax I've used.

This my second year with H&R Block and it was much easier to navigate this year. I also appreciate that H7R program will still run on my old computer. I used to use TurboTax but they upgraded and I could not use it. H&R has stayed with us older users and it is great.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
