The software was not able to import home address for W-2 form, and we had to manually enter it! Additionally, fractional stock sales were flagged out as warning. Not happy with time wasted.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Internet import from financial firms for the win!

I've been using H&B for many years now. I'm retired and my tax forms have literally hundreds of entries. H&R Block software imports those from my investment company and does all the work, saving me hours if not days.

The interviewing process of taking one through to complete taxes is easy to understand and I have to do is plug in the numbers from my tax documents. I always can close out my taxes with confidence, usually with a refund, and have never been audited for any mistakes. I highly recommend this software.

I’ve been using this product for four years straight. In previous additions of the software, I was prompted to upload or fill in many different forms. This year‘s software edition did not prompt me for a bunch of different forms that I received so it was a little more difficult this year. in the end. I’m confident in my tax return, but it was just a little more difficult this year than prior years.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
