Competitor software does not run on older Mac comp. So glad that H&R Block lets me use a perfectly good computer to do my taxes. Simple and straightforward.

Software double charged me to file state taxes. Twice flagged a problem but had no information as to the nature of the problem. Hate that you can't "unselect" an area and have to keep clicking through it. Hate the up-selling. Hate that you charge to be able to install the software in the future.

I am unhappy that allow the IRS will allow me to file an amended return electronically for my 2023 last week, you blocked me from doing that saying that it was past the date when I could do that when in fact it is not past the date. Your program needs updating to account for the extended time to e-file an amended return.
