I've been a Taxcut/H&R Block software user for decades. I only gave you 4 stars because the state program for Iowa has not been very good during the step by step interview over the past 2 years to reflect Iowa's tax changes. The last two years I've had to ignore the software and override it to accurately file my state return. The Federal portion has continued to be very good and meets my expectations.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Considering that I have a low fixed income and never get a refund, the cost of the software along with the cost to file the state return is high for me. I prepare my taxes myself and using this software has been helpful, so I probably will continue to use it.

Include more MO tax credit forms to avoid mail in

You have cut a lot of corners on the Missouri Forms causing us to mail in our return rather than e file. As a result it got lost in certified mail and they can’t find it. Not that that is your fault but I buy your product so I don’t have to worry about the USPS. At a time like this you should capitalize on improvements like being able to attach a pdf form on the Missouri file for tax credits.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
