I have used H&R Block for several years with no issues. This year there was a problem with the state program. After talking with one of your agents, my state income tax people, I am convinced that there was a glitch in the state program. In particular in entering the 1099-R info. It didn't affect my mailing my forms in but may have been a problem if I wanted to e-file the state.

My only real complaint with this software, and maybe it's Mac specific, is that when I go to print (to PDF), that it will cut off part of the tax form being printed. The workaround is that I have to delete the printer from my computer and then print to PDF where it shows everything on the page as it should. Then I must reinstall the printer if I choose to print it on paper. It's been like this for years so every year I hope to find it's been fixed but it hasn't yet as of '25.
