Software decided it was a great time to upgrade the state module the moment I submitted the taxes electronically, resulting in a restart, update etc. and I was double charged on my credit card for the 2nd module. Furthermore, the software did poorly when guiding through ESPP stock adjustments. Had to use chatgpt to supplement the process.
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!
