The software was relatively easy to use. There were some features that I liked in TurboTax that I did not find in this software, such as a 2-year comparison and multi-year comparison tp past returns. I really like the quick feedback on the e-file option. I received the email that my return was accepted by IRS within a few minutes of hitting the button to file.

The program is fine. The price seems rather high since some versions are free. Also, I think you should be able to have a second state without paying extra. And you have to pay extra to file the state electronically.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

The tutorial is difficult to follow. Going back, then forward again takes you to fully different places. Entering the same information on two separate returns renders different questions and different results. "We'll" cover that later items don't get covered. Okay for simple, straight-forward filings but not so much for more complex entries.
