Had so much trouble getting it to install. I called the hotline and they had to do it. Tried to send it 3 different times before it would send out for my taxes to be sent out . Will never use it again

I've used this product (in its previous annual editions) for many years. This is the first time I've had a problem. There were math errors that were obvious (where the program and not I was doing the math) and I had to start all over again to rectify them. Also, it did not give me a chance to efile my state return with my federal and also didn't tell me that I couldn't do that. Eventually, after the federal return was accepted, it would still not let me efile the state return. I will mail it in, but clarification if there was an issue would have been appreciated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
