I've been using H&R Deluxe for many years, and overall I'm satisfied. I would like to see more flexibility and explanations along the way. But my biggest beef is with the state program. MA state tax return is awful, and your software is not helping me understand what comes from where. I have no idea what's on the forms and why. It would be nice if your software were making my frustrations less painful.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
