It Does The Job, But Doesn't Make It Super Easy

It has done the job for me for years. Not unhappy, but there are just too many clunky questions. Why can't there be a simple questionnaire upfront to understand your situation, and then eliminate all the sections you don't need and put the other questions in plain English.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

With a ministerial housing allowance and a Sch C book publishing matter, H&R Block was very insufficient in laying out how to do that. After MANY hours of trying to figure it out, it appeared to just come up without any instruction, clarity or indication that it was just automatic. NOT GOOD
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this program for quite a few years and will continue to do so. It makes a difficult chore easier. As long as you have your pertinent information (income, deductions, etc) you can move right along. They save your info so the signing in is super easy from year to year.
