Largely satisfied with the program. .Going through the interview process was easy, However when entering the final checks, etc., navigating back to a specific interview section (eg. entries for 1099's) was difficult. Had to start back at the beginning and go through all the sections until I came to the one I wanted. Also, when I asked a simple question via the help screen about the definition and meaning of a term, I got an answer that id not shed any light my question. Instead it referred me to an IRS definition which are typically worse. Will definitely use the program next year.

Very disappointed your state program (OH) did not allow me to input prior year (2023) refund I applied to following tax year (2024) nor an estimated tax payment I made during the year. Therefore, I could not file Ohio tax using your paid for software. Please fix for next year. 3/9/25
