After several years of using this product, this year something very strange happened. Although I was careful to enter information from the W-2s and other info correctly, once the final return was processed by the software, many of the totals had not been entered and the final return was completely wrong. I had to go back and file amended returns for both federal and state. I do not know what happened with this year's software but I was not happy about all the extra time and stress to create/file amended returns.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
