One form needed for SSA lump sum calculation was not available in the software. Had to download the form from IRS site and fill it out manually. However, the form was not required for filing.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Easy to use and navigate. Have used other tax prep programs over last 30 yrs, H&R Block has clean interface. I like that I can install to the pc and fill my info offline - I don't trust storing my data up in the cloud. This is 1st year I used their State program- seemless transfer of data.
