Software worked well, and with annual use, the previous year's information was efficiently imported. Significant price increase from last year. Had difficulty with printing copies, so I followed the directions for installing the pdf printing program, and now my printer-laptops are all messed up, and I can't print anything.
Will have to figure out how to get the pdf thing removed and hopefully I can recover the normal printing.

I was disappointed with the program. There were several sections where the explanation wasn't very clear and if I went back to check on a section it was difficult to back to where I was. But the most ridiculous thing was having to pay extra to e-file with my state. I purchased the deluxe edition hat came with the federal and state programs. E-filing my federal forms were free, for the price is paid, filing with my state should be free as well.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is cheaper than TurboTax. It's a little more complicated to use but it is still overall user friendly. Some clarity is needed on the state residency page. If you are a non resident to a state you work in we didn't think that we needed to put our non residency

The Michigan income tax return had 2 errors which resulted in my having to download the return from the Michigan website and completing it manually. Specifically, on Schedule 1, Subtractions from Income, numbers 10 & 23 are missing.
