Mostly very good, a 4.5. Some idiosycracies with saving and too many cascading menus but overall easy to use.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

I had done 1 tax for a family member who did not need to file state tax. When I proceeded to do the next family members taxes and they need to do the state tax, when downloading the state program it proceeded to transfer the 1st person information. I had to completely delete the second persons information and start over.

I have used your tax prep service for many years and have been pleased with it. My income consists mostly of SS and interest. I moved from NH to OH in 2024. I used your state service for the first time. Your Ohio program is not too good. I was an Ohio resident for part of the year. I could not get the part year resident credit to work. The instructions are vague, and your online help was mostly useless (Ohio's online help was no better). I may be making a mistake, my Ohio income may be too low to create any tax liability, your program may have a flaw. I will assume that I have no tax liability and file the return. I hope WE don't have to go through an audit.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
