H&R Block Deluxe software told me I was unable to file my Massachusetts taxes electronically because it didn't have some state form. Filing by paper is a real pain. I may not used their software next year.

It was ok I thought I purchased what I used last year but I chose the wrong thing. Last year I used HRBlock Online which seemed more user friendly and was able to get all my previous year’s information, whereas this one did not. I also did not like that I had to pay to while the state. Wished it was all inclusive like the one I used last year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
