Your title of IRA excessive contributions is misleading. It should be Minimum Required Withdrawal or Distribution. Then you have the word "Penalty" instead of Tax. Poor terminology leads to confusion. Fix it.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
