Can not print or save your tax return!

Terrible product you have to pay money for it.
After I filed my tax return, I tried to print/save a copy for records. But it neither allow you to set/select a printer, nor for a PDF file. I tried restart PC, printer, closed all apps, turn off all blockers, anything I can think for few hours. It were totally failure. Ridicules products!

I have used HR tax programs for 30 Years. Always totally accurate and easy to use. Nowdays it is a cinch since standard deduction is so high.

OK, but not the most user-friendly or explanatory

I've used this for several years. I would like more detailed explanations about some of the expenses/credits, etc. There is usually only a 1-2 sentence explanation. It also doesn't automatically download most of my accounts, so I have to do them manually---Vanguard, Capital One, for example. The program isn't very user-friendly, and it's taken me some time to figure it out. I wish I could select the specific pages I want to print, rather than being limited to a "filed" or "worksheet" copy.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

good software i use it every year does what you need it to but and not hard to use. HOWEVER... the upsell attempts are getting worse and worse if you dont quit trying to sell me crap while i do my taxes turbo tax here i come.

As always, quick to install, easy to use. I’ve been using the H&R software for years because I found it as easy or easier to use than Turbo Tax with the same results. The step by logical step method makes it easy for most to use. The tools, checks, recommendations and on-line are very helpful. It also does not hurt that it is not expensive. In all the years I’ve used this software I’ve never found a serious problem, been audited or lacked confidence that my returns were complete and accurate.
