I have been using the product for six or seven years. Switched from TurboTax because it was substantially cheaper. With one exception it is just as good, but no better. As long as it remains a better value, I will continue using it.
One year it didn’t flag that I needed to complete the 2210 based on annualized method. I had to provide that to the IRS after they assessed. Penalty. Since then the software has always prompted me to complete the form. My remaining issue is that the software does not link to Q4 data on the 2210 to the data that has already been completed for the 1040. The user enters these figures directly. There is the potential for a transcription error.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Program is easy to use - can't make a mistake. Only problem I had was that it would not run on Windows 7. I had to buy a new computer (with Windows 11) to use it. I'm hoping that it will be enough to get me through the next 10 years...

The software this year did not allow me to import last years H&R Block file from my computer. It was a big in your software and resulted in extra work. May not buy it next year.

I bought this before tax season and loaded onto my sister’s computer, which is newer than mine. I did my taxes at her place and the only problem I had was that after some information was added manually I imported some investment data and some was duplicated as the system did not see the information as duplicates. Once the duplicates were removed the process went smoothly.

Cons: Time consuming
