Good product been using over 30 years, except one

I've been using this software and its predecessor since the 1990's. It's obviously works well. Once improvement I'd like to see is the option to purchase additional licenses from within the program. Hopefully at a reduced rate. So far, I have 4 children, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and do most of their taxes for them.

A good basic structure & very fair price, but also needs lots of upgrade work. Customers need to be able to print ghe many useful screens that now cannot be printed.Directions need improvement. Many items need to be improved like failure to print the B & D schedules for state instesd of telling the cusiabout their doing it agterwards. Etc.Etc.

Cons: Time consuming

The program was very hard to work with compared to TurboTax. I couldn’t view a schedule or the return without printing the whole return. I had to review the entries for accuracy and ended up wasting a lot of paper. I tried using the chat feature and found it as useless.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great software; but failed me on specific task

I have been using this product for many years and have been quite pleased with the software and e-file aspect of using it. However, this year I needed a signature from a charity on a tax form and the software gave me the incorrect instructions. Although the software said I could e-file my return and then submit the signed form afterwards, the IRS would not accept my e-file and I had to submit the return manually. Calls to the help desk could not resolve this issue.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!
