Love your product. Been using it for years. One suggestion, why not offer a special renewal rate to existing users only? I get so many offers to try other services and candidly, some of the offers are tempting. There is a good chance that sometime in the future I will get an offer that is too good to pass up. If I was getting a discount every year to renew with Block I would never look to change.

I used to manually do my taxes. Read thru all the instructions, sorted out what I needed to enter, etc. When I became a contractor 10+ yrs ago, I decided to go with software to do my taxes. It makes it easier, pulls in all the required info from W2's, etc. You can manually go into each page and change or update items. It makes it a lot easer. One thing I don't like is that there is always some inherent error that the software keeps alerting me about, but there is no error when I investigate it. That's annoying.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
