Most of the Software works quite well and is easy to navigate. However, I had trouble importing data from our financial services firm and there is very little on-line information to trouble shoot the problem
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this product Jan 21 2025 and have found it to be the most confusing of all the dozen or so years used. The only improvement I saw was that the State program completed almost instantly and showed the amount owed.

Easy to use, but understanding is difficult for non accountants. The explanations need to be in "normal talk" not accountant talk. Examples would be helpful in understanding some of the financial jargon.

I was unable to complete AL state income tax and file
Issue with line 15 sate number from 1099R
Called senders to get number and was told since no state tax was deducted they do not issue number
Called block no help suggested I call AL state for help

Overall, the software is easy to use. However, I continue to have trouble printing the forms I wish to print. For example, I only wanted to print the 1040 form. It printed way more than the 1040 form.
