It gets the job done. I like the efile for the federal tax, not wild about the fee for the state's file. Am getting tired of having to use a windows product to run it. My systems are linux which I use for everything else. Would be great to have a version for Linux.

I have used H an R Block for many years .they take the worry out of filing with excellent programs and easy to follow directions. Also a great feature in inperson phone help provide a relaxed and competent atmosphere to solve imeadiate problems !!
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
