Decent tax prep, but difficulty with permanency of

Works relatively well, but saving has been a problem the last two years. Last year, I saved my work after almost finishing it, then did my daughter's taxes. When I went back to mine, it wasn't there. So I entered all of the data again. I was still waiting to make sure the data di9dn't change from dividends to return of principal, and helped our house guest with her taxes. Of course, I had to start over again, but it went faster, because I was getting good at it. This year, I used spotlight to find my missing tax document.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast

I couldn't file either Fed or State. Tried 4 chats for help with no resolution. This is worse than Turbotax that I used for years and thought I'd try something new.

Great Program

I have used this product for years and it always seems to do a great job. Fairly easy to use and seems to capture all the deductions and credits. My only complaint for 2024 tax year was that the program did not contain the tax credit for installing an EV charger in my home (30c Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit) which is pretty significant and something a lot of people could take advantage of.
I would recommend this to a friend!
