Easy to use program. Good to have a reliable tax package so I can do taxes and be assured that I did the most correct job that I could. Because taxes in 🇺🇸 are too complex.

Overall OK. But year after year form 1116 (Foreign Tax Credit) has serious errors that are not being corrected by HR Block. Specifically it populates the form through the interview missing some entries so it comes with zero credit. Overriding the error manually is an ordeal and calling the help desk is less than useless. They agree there is a mistake which they don’t know how to fix, but advised me to return the program fot a return and buy the online version because there the help desk is more experienced.

Sane bug as last year. No place to put in the school district tax so it does the Ohio form showing no taxes paid. Then you get a penilty fot not paying.

I was not happy with it, it said I got state and federal and I didn’t I had to pay extra for state! I needed to make a change on state and they wanted me to pay extra to redo it
