I paid waaaaay too much for an additional state the software would not allow me to efile. Tried to get help with their online option, useless. Called the support number. On hold for 30+ minutes and had a hrs time explaining what the issue was. Finally put on hold for them to research and got disconnected. I will NOT be using this again

When using the downloaded software, I had a question so I chatted with support. They couldn't answer so gave me a phone number. I called the number and they said I needed to call a local office. I called the local office and they said they are not affiliated the software. They then gave me the same support number I had just called that had referred me to them.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program did not fill out the form 8606 properly. The help bot gave three solutions to the problem but none corrected it. In the end the help bot replied it had no more solutions.

This year i was disappointed that on sales of short-term stock holdings I could not enter an eight-digit number.
Presumably you did this for security purposes, but there should have been a solution. Also, the two parts about state income tax payments was a little confusing.
