You did your job, but you cost me more than what I received, I had a minus 923.00 adjusted gross income, I did not pay any taxes, and I did not receive anything back because I had no tax deducted or paid in. I am a senior citizen with no income which is taxable, so the cost of the software may save me time, note before you bought CCH Computax, I use to be one of your tax return auditors.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Have used this software for years now, like most of the prompts provided. Do wish there was more detail when clicking for additional help. Some are rather vague and I would have to go to the internet to get a better understanding of a topic.
