Easy to use and guidance was good. But when the state return was rejected (my entry error) and I corrected it, the re-submittal process was flawed in that it required me to resubmit payment details. Which would not have been a problem if my Visa provider didn't keep flagging it as a possible fraudulent purchase. My work around was to use my Discover. I am pleased to report that I was not billed for the original submittal Visa charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The software miscalculated my state. There was no way to fix it. The software showed I was getting back more than my federal. The numbers in my federal return were correct. I sent off my federal return and deleted and reinstalled the software. It cleared the state error, but now there were no federal values to copy to state. I had to redo the federal values and finish the state return. The finished return had several errors that needed to be fixed. I could not change them. On top of that, the software checked the figures and said it was fine. This was so frustrating. I've never had so many issues with this software.

The data transfer to Alabama State usually offers hiccups but this year was especially frustrating as the state program would not recognize the Estimated tax payments I had made and entered in the Federal interview. A chat session seeking assistance was especially disappointing.
