I have been using this product for many years, and it simplifies doing my taxes. Although I've had a few issues over the years with the auto input download, but this year's problem was annoying because it wouldn't allow me to e-file my State for some reason and only give me multiple reasons why not and without a clear reason that I could go to for investigation even though it passed the review process. Also when printing the last page (a worksheet) would not print the very top of page where my name & SS# are located (tried several times printing the worksheet separately with no success).

The software is relatively easy to use. I just wish the navigation to get back to previously used screens, worksheets and sections was easier, maybe with more tabs or a more detailed "Take Me To" list of items.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Overall, it's reasonably good and easy to use. Some of the questions for more complicated areas are difficult to understand and answer correctly. It would be very helpful if there was an "Undo" feature.
