The product worked well enough for the preparation phase. I had a lot of trouble when I went to file my taxes. I selected file both federal and state together. That repeatedly failed. In addition I was charged for the state filing every time I tried. I tried the online help, and the AI or voice response tool was useless. It kept trying to resolve a print issue, which had nothing to do with the problem.

I've used H&R Block software for years and am very happy with it. My only problem is it won't install on my PC. Microsoft and Block support tried and failed to make it work, forcing me to install it on my wife's PC just like last year.
