In terms of taxes it mostly worked great. It failed to assist with a code on my W-2 that I had to look up separately. I also suffered from the program failing to update multiple times with an error 1152 that ultimately resulted in me having to run safe mode to update it.

Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
