Rejected my return. Gave a rejection code that the IRS doesn't recognize. IRS found nothing wrong with the return. HR block software still won't submit the return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using HR Block software for more than 15 years. I am always pleased and I always come back. However, I have 2 frustrations.
1. The software for my state has not been available before the end of the tax year several years in a row. I want the program to be available BEFORE the end of the tax year so I can estimate my state taxes before December 31st. This enables me to make last minute changes before the year ends. Once the year has ended, it is too late to make adjustments.

I needed a form from 2021, and somehow ended up with 2019. I want to apply for a refund, as I bought another one, and ended up not using it either. I have not applied for a refund for that either. I have a friend at church that used to work on taxes and she had all the files I needed. I have used you files in the past and had no trouble with them, but these were not used, and I am dismayed I paid so much money for something I didn't even use. I do not have a nickname this is stupid
