The software was as easy to use as always (over 14 years of use). This year I had to call support. for the first time, because turning 65 was complicated (switching to Medicare, collecting Social Security). I worked with Anitra. I'm sure I misspelled her name. Sorry, because she was really excellent helping me.

Good Reliable software. I think a little AI would be nice. As an example, I had a 1099 from my Air Force retired pay, so the program should suggest I check the appropriate box on the Ohio return to exclude this amount.

I always thought this was the best, but now I am getting bills from the IRS from 2 years ago and block is not standing by their product like it says. I'm not convinced I'm getting every deduction, either.
