There seems to be a problem that occurs when attempting to print the Wisconsin state forms. The program will print only a portion of the forms required.

This year the interview method was buggy. It skipped over a few big items & I had to go to the right form or worksheet & manually enter some entries. Mainly Schedule A. Didn't have enough to file long form for Fed., but KS long form saves me money. Help is not so helpful.

I bought this because I was having trouble with Turbo Tax software not connecting to internet. Turbo tax is easier to use. I had trouble connecting to updates and usually had to click the try again; same with anytime I clicked on help. It would tell I was not connected to the internet and I click try again and it would work; very annoying. I hoping turbo tax will get these issues fixed and I can us it again next year
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked good. Have used H & R Block for years. Only problem was not able to download PDF as I could not install the virtual printer 995 that would have allowed me to do this. Other than that everything worked great.
