I’ve used HRBlock for my federal and state taxes for more than ten years. . Accurate and relatively straightforward. When I’ve completed, I’m confident that the math is accurate. The interview could use a little improvement, however. On rare occasion, I’ve wondered if I got it right. The only other issue I have is when verifying 1099-B import entries, after verifying an entry, I wish the program took me back to the last entry instead of back to the beginning. Last year and this year, one of our accounts had 225+ entries, which means that I’m tired of scrolling. But…bottom line, the price is definitely competitive and I wouldn’t dream of changing.
