I’ve been using the software for years and I don’t like the fact that the final forms do not print correctly on standard paper size. It’s annoying as I like to keep paper copies and not rely only on electronic copy

I have used this software for 8 or 10 years and never had any issues. This year, however, I was unable to e-file my return and the software could not give me an explanation or a remedy. I ended up having to print my return and pay to send it via certified mail. Very disappointed.

The software does not allow for annualized income at for Federal and Wisconsin taxes. If one makes the needed adjustments, the user is not able to file electronically.
On the Wisconsin Form, there was no indication of any underpayment penalty, nor questions related to an annualized return.
If the user knows what forms to use, the software works fine.
Finally, prior years, Federal electronic filing was included in the price. This year it was an additional charge.
