I have used hr block for several years. I like the ease of ordering the program and using it. This year my tax return was initially across but then rejected by the irs. I received detailed instructions on how to resolve the issue and find the mudding form I needed on the program. I added it to my return, which was then accepted by the irs. I am a happy customer.

I’ve been using Block for 20 years. RBIs is the first time not everything worked correctly and it’s still not fixed. The link to Schwab for the 1099B did not work. I was on the phone for hours with two different people and nothing worked. Doing it manually as an active trader was a major pain. I hope you fix it next year. by the way, TD Ameritrade, USAA and Vanguard all worked.
