The program did not import data from the prior year as it has done previously. Also, the biggest issue is that charitable contributions were posted twice although they were only entered once. Had to delete them from the return (they still remained on the work sheet) so they only showed once in the deduction calculation. I called support multiple times and no one was able to provide an explanation or solution. I took the std deduction so it didn’t impact the results but the return looks wrong.

Good evolution from previous years, but, as always, updates are unpredictable and it is unclear when the product is "finalized" for filing purposes. It is sometimes difficult to find information for particular line items. Overall, though, it works fine and knowledge of the product can be carried from year to year.

I like it so I will keep using it. Only losing a star bc some stuff needs added again like state id. Since this says fed plus state you’d think state internet submission is included but it is not. That would be I think now 20 bucks.

I have had your tax help programs for many years and each year it get better and faster and easier.
I only have one suggestion …. I wish there was an icon that I could click on to show my entire tax paper all done before I send it in. Short of having to print it out. I would really be great full to be able to read it over first.
