Important bugs never fixed even after promised.

I bought the Deluxe Fed & State & downloaded it. For the Federal return I entered my 1099-R info. On the Excess Accumulations section it said to work through the questions. Just like previous years I entered my RMD, which exactly equaled the 1099-R. There was no excess. But the program then boosted my tax as though the RMD was greater than what I had entered on the 1099-R previous page. I was told 4 times that this was a know bug that would be fixed, but it never was. In previous years, this was not a problem.
For the Oregon return there was no place to enter my political contribution. I don't mean to a party but to a political organization. It's a credit for $100 filing jointly. HR only had a line for contributions to a political party Democrat or Republican. Again, this was not a problem previous year.
