guided process was straightforward and easy to follow. The only thing i wish was more intuitive was the state return. I had to file an amended return for both federal and state. Federal went thru with no issues. State return was not as easy. I reluctantly caved in and printed a hardcopy to mail the amended return.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have used the H&R Block software for several years now and I am happy with its performance. I find the interview process to be a good way of walking through the various parts of the return. I appreciate the ability to import data from investment houses directly into the program. I was confused by the "Planning" section of the software though and disappointed that estimated payments for 2025 cannot be generated for both federal and state.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

lastpass(lp) does now work with express VPN turned on. it took me a while to figure this out. ;. your support linee was ZERO help a all figuring this out. I think it was with schwab it would say it waas ok and was down;loaded but it wasn"t --- in the future the testing between HRB and schwab should included test with VPN and this infor givent to your support team.
