Good software, but don't rely on the help features

Have used Block software since 2018. Sadly I had a few issues with the 2024 version. Tried on-line help and tried to use chat. Both gave me the wrong answer. Eventually I figured out the error in the software on my own (ironically after a search of help on Turbo Tax.) Block software is good. I would recommend it and probably will be a customer next year. Just disappointed that the quality control and testing of the software has declined.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!
