IRA withdrawal - Roth conversion area -is unclear

I’ve only ever used H&R Block software to do my taxes. This tax year was the first year that I ever made direct transfer - Traditional to Roth IRA conversions and the questions and format of questions in that area of “Income” were very confusing. I googled it and there is a lot of Reddit etc others with questions on the H&R Block software on that issue - so I’m not alone- and those question by question response answers by people that were also confused in the IRA withdrawal - conversion area - with your software - helped me more than your help section did. It needs to be simplified and clearer in the IRA withdrawal - Roth conversion - Income portion of your software. It’s the only time I have run into a confusing area in many years of using your tax filing software.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
