been using hr tax software for 20 plus years would not use any other very easy to use
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Software works great —- have used it for 10 years. However the lack of communication after initial purchase as to when the software will be released needs to be greatly improved. Had to call to actually get the software I had purchased 2.months earlier.

Worst experience ever. Usually spot on, this year, lots of problems. Could not file state and federal together. Did not attach payroll summary to state return. Filed state by printing, you lost out. Called 3 times, no one knew anything except file federal alone. Same return as last 5 years, not next year, fed has free program,
