I have been using H&R Block software for many years and have been pleased with the service. It does not mean that some improvements cannot be made. Year after year I get a warning to update a worksheet to determine if I took itemized deduction the previous year. With all the information brought forward year after year, the program should know. Also, once imported data is cleared of "exclamation mark", the list of requesting to check should be cleared.

just finished sending my taxes in 2 days ago I had to get personal help due to a glitch in the programing that auto entered something wrong but you helped me fix it it took a while to find and fix but she was terrific and found the problem
