The software does everything well. My complaint is in its accessibility. As a blind user, I find it virtually impossible to navigate without a sighted person guiding me.

For the second consecutive year the softeare would not import the prior years tax/financial info from Fidelity although it stated it was connected and click to import. Also, I filed the guarnteed return for $270 and 4 days later recieved a direct Bank deposit for only $215. No explanation given for reduced amount
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product works fine, but omits a needed feature. Purchased Federal and State version and software calculates both returns, but wants to charge a separate fee to submit the state electronically. Should be able to submit both types of returns electronically without an additional charge.

I've switched from other software that I'd used the previous year, mainly due to price. I was pleasantly surprised with the H&R Block product. It was easy to use and I liked the ability to open the forms without losing where I was in the program. It imported my 1099 data well.

Quality of software is decent. But any bugs are impossible to report. Called they didn't call back. Multiple different bugs 2 years in a row.
