The federal software was very good, no problems. The state software was unusable because the conversion of federal data to state data was incorrect.

Double billing
on March 21, 2025

2nd time they've double billed my credit card. Might use then again next year but this is the last time I allow them to bill my credit card. Last time I had to dispute because there was no one to talk to. Still investigating if I can contact anyone
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a standing subscription for this software and would use nothing else. I like the fact that I get an annual download link sent to me each by email.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
