I've been using this software for years, and it is very easy to use. Handles most of what I need I to, but there are a few "Unsupported codes" that should be addressed.

The program works great for the most part. There are several inconvenient or dysfunctional features. When revisiting a page, users often have to go back to the beginning of the entire section and wade through everything to get to the desired page. Finding worksheet entries is even more awkward.
Every year, the worst part is at the end. Saving to a PDF is especially problematic. This year, clicking the appropriate icon causes a little window to open and flash past in a second or two, then disappear. If the return is saved at all, it's saved to an unidentified location that I can't find. This made it literally impossible to review the return in its final form before printing it out in hardcopy and/or e-filing it.
Every year, it is impossible to efficiently print >1 hardcopy without either duplicate printing of instruction sheets or inclusion of tons of extraneous pages. This wastes a few sheets of printing and paper every time.
I appreciate that bombarding the user with solicitations for upgrades and add-ons seems to have been pared back this year. Maybe I'm just getting used to it.
