Software was great as usual. However when I tried to efile it would not transmit. It gave an error code saying it would not transmit until I update the the federal and state returns. I tried. I got a message saying the updated were successfully downloaded but then the program would offer a chance to upgrade the federal and state returns. The program charged me even though it did not transmit my returns. I tried this same process 3 or 4 times with the same results. The program would not transmit the returns. I gave up until the next day. The next day I went through the same process. However this time the program finally gave me the option to install the downloaded files. The program allowed the returns to be transmitted. I believe H&R Block should reimburse me the monies charged each time the program did not transmit my returns

I have been using this software for several years and I like the fact that it retains info from previous years that can be applied to the current return. I did have a problem with my license number (I put in two spaces and the software signaled a problem because it didn't want me to use the spaces).
